David McBride is the pastor of The Sanctuary, a United Pentecostal Church located in Lincoln, Arkansas. He accepted the pastorate at Lincoln in 1990 and together with his wife, Margaret, they have served for almost twenty years. During that time, the McBrides have overseen many changes, including the renovation of the existing church building, as well as the addition of a new sanctuary and family life center. Many lives have been touched through their dynamic preaching and inspired teaching, and countless new believers have been baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost under their ministry. Together they have been greatly used in Apostolic Ministry and have seen many healings, deliverances, and miracles.
Pastor McBride is also very active within the local community. He serves on the boards of the Chamber of Commerce and the Arkansas Country Doctors Museum and is the president-elect of the Lincoln Kiwanis. He is also a member of the Lincoln Area Ministerial Brotherhood and serves on the Community Alliance, a board of advisors to the Superintendent of Lincoln Schools.
Married in 1976, the McBrides are blessed with two children -- Rachel, and her husband Jason Campbell, who serves as the Assistant Pastor at The Sanctuary, and Tyler, a student at the University of Arkansas, who is also actively involved in ministry. They have also welcomed the addition of two grandchildren, Madelyn and Eliana.
